The Organic Cotton Baby Sling softens greatly after the first wahing. The natural oils of the unbleached cotton are still on the fibers an wash away easily, leaving soft, flexible fabric. Machine was in cool or warm water. Turn or hang to dry. Do not bleach the Organic Cotton Baby Sling.
