Tiny Slings is devoted to working with you to find the perfect baby sling for your needs.  If you have ordered the wrong size or fabric, you may exchange your sling, so long as there is no damage and the sling is unwashed.  All exchanges must be claimed within 1 full month of purchase.  That is 1 month that you can use to determine the quality of our product for yourself.  If you feel that our sling doesn't meet your expectations, you can send it back and receive a full refund minus a $6.00 restocking fee.  Simply contact us via email at info@tinyslings.com or telephone at 801-310-3364 or fill out the form at the bottom of the page to obtain an return authorization number.  Any sling received without a return authorization number on the outside of the package may not be accepted.
